I am Mrs.Maureen Noel from Kuwait Resident in Abidjan Ivory Coast, When my late husband was alive we deposited the sum of US$3.5 Million (Three Million,Five Hundred Thousand USD in a Bank here in Abidjan Economic capital of Ivory Coast.

As a matter of fact,I have been diagnosed with oesophageal cancer; my Doctor told me that I would not last for the next four months due to the cancer problem and high level of sugar in my system.
